Leg day at the gym today.Ive been trying to post more of my weekly training so here’s Monday 🔥🔥

This weeks hitting lesson: 1.) we worked on some band drills staying threw my swing 2.) we did some top hand bottom hand with the short bat 3.)also we worked on pitch selection and barrel control 4.)Then we ended off with a drill to keep my eyes in on the ball and head in 🔥🔥

I went to the gym today and here’s what I worked on: 1.) allowed me to follow through my throws 2.) To make the motions feel light when i’m actually swinging 3.) I used a weight and used my back leg more in my swing 4.) I used a foam roller to make sure i’m threw
