The COVID crisis is also a mental health crisis & nobody is more at risk than young ppl. Appointing a Mental Health Commander to inform the public is a great idea. Only by learning coping skills will we leave this crisis stronger than we entered it - let’s do it! Dan Andrews

Prevention is the less shiny side of health. It’s the hard to quantify data on the number of people who didn’t need mental health services. Prevention saves lives, and right now we need to be doing all we can to support Australian kids mental health. blog.smilingmind.com.au/responding-to-…

As we celebrate 10 years of Smiling Mind, I am equally proud of what we have achieved as I am motivated by what there is still to do. I have written some thoughts on both on our blog: blog.smilingmind.com.au/reflecting-on-…
