We made a big change to our credofoods Cashew Queso. It’s our 4th iteration in 5 years, but we’re a lot bigger now and we’re getting a lot of “who moved my queso?” messages. Listening to customer feedback, staying true to our mission, and scaling…all at once…is tricky.

Clarity is ideal. But in its absence, momentum is the best substitute.

After my first company, I realized how much more I should have documented our history. I don’t do a great job of that even now, but certainly have gotten better. Are there any companies that have done this well?

ChatGPT didn’t get the packaging exact, but decent conceptually. Can’t quite replace a designer yet. Rate limits also suck for iteration.
