Apparently I could be on the stand for over 3 hours on Monday at the tribunal hearing. Throw some questions at me that might get asked. Give me some practice.

It was actually quite fun today. It's not every day you get to say in a legal setting all the things we know to be true, and have official people have to listen to you without shouting you down or throwing eggs at you. I said it in court... men cannot be lesbians. More tomorrow.

So the tribunal hearing is over now. It will take 3 months for the decision to be handed down. We wait to see if lesbians can meet in Australia without having to let men join them. Anyone's guess at this stage. Our arguments were great, but still the law, and AHRC, is against us.

One of the bizarre notions the AHRC tried to run at the tribunal was that because the tras would turn up to harass us anyway, there was no point in granting us an exemption...

Another tidbit from the Tribunal hearing... by the end of the first day the barrister for AHRC was saying 'men who think they are women'. She said it several times.🤣🤣🤣

You know how after the event you think of all the things you wished you had said... like, only men can be transwomen Your Honour...

Here we are outside the Tribunal building. Such a dangerous nazi looking mob of terfs!! Or are we an irrelevant bunch of old women who should just go quietly back into our closet? Make up your mind AHRC.
