Διερωτώμαι αν η Αγωγή θα αυξήσει την δημόσια συζήτηση η θα την αποτρέψει (μεταξύ των διαδίκων) έτσι ώστε να μην θεωρηθεί καταφρόνηση της δικαστικής διαδικασίας.

Μήπως θα έπρεπε να είναι όρος της άδειας η συμβατική πληρωμή αποζημιώσεων;
Μάλιστα καλόν να υπάρχει και τραπεζική εγγύηση (για άμεση πληρωμή, τουλάχιστον των πυροσβεστικών εξόδων) σε περίπτωση πυρκαγιάς.
Δεν μπορεί πάντα να πληρώνει ο Κύπριος φορολογούμενος!

📊Την περασμένη εβδομάδα το ΕΚ δημοσίευσε νέο Ευρωβαρόμετρο με το 80% των Κυπρίων να εκτιμούν ότι η γεωπολιτική κατάσταση αυξάνει περαιτέρω την σημασία των ευρωπαϊκών εκλογών
🔹Πιθανότητα ψήφου: 🇨🇾 60% 🇪🇺 71%
🔹Μετανάστευση & άσυλο αποτελούν προτεραιότητα για τους Κύπριους (41%)

Ανεξαρτήτως της ορθότητας των καταγγελιών, βλέπω 3 θέματα:
1) Ηθικό: Θα παραιτηθεί ο καταγγέλλων αν δεν πετύχει η καταγγελία;
2)Πολιτικό: Τι θέση έχει Πρόεδρος;
3)Νομικό: Ακόμη ένας λόγος για διαχωρισμό των Συνταγματικών αρμοδιοτήτων του ΓΕ ,σύμφωνα με το Α 113 του Συντάγματος;

Candidate Countries to the EU should respect the Rule of Law and Human Rights and in particular abide by judgments of the ECtHR.
This is not the case for Turkey.
