1/ Has Best Buy always been trash or is this a new occurrence??? We literally waited for 3 weeks for a delivery only to go to the store to pick it up ourselves and I'm SURE it was there the whole time.... We called them daily for a week straight trying to find our order!

Then today babygirl's laptop was supposed to arrive and they have some low budget delivery carrier who keeps hanging up and their website offers NO STATUS!! Why the F is Best Buy shipping with a no name shipper that they can't even reach??!?!?!??
