PvP balance in SoT was PEAK sometime during 2019-2021: -Sword was 5 slashes to kill, and had many ways of cancelling animations to make it actually a semi-skilled option to use. Hit-boxes weren’t half a mile wide due to de-sync at this point.. so you had to be damn close to

Quick-swapping was removed in 2019. The “quickswap” we had was acknowledged by the devs as the intended way for the guns to work after that nerf. They changed their minds 4 years later however. Cheaters can still “quick-swap” while the rest of us sit there waiting to shoot again
