In retrospect to BIOS, it is quite ridiculous that every OS had to have an extensive talk to convince the 1980s compatible CPU from 2021 to act as a modern CPU. Glad that UEFI already cares for this directly on boot. Please abandon real & protected mode already, Intel & AMD!
