#NepalChapter 🇳🇵 The NIHR GHRC for Multiple Long-Term Conditions is organizing the 2nd round of the short course on Health Data Science and Economic Evaluation in the context of MLTCs from March 9-12, 2025.

Participants from various organizations in Nepal will attend engaging lectures, case studies, & group work in Kathmandu. The course will cover key topics such as principles of #economicevaluation, AI in #healthcare, #statistics & the importance of #datascience in MLTC research.

Day 3 of NIHR GHRC for Multiple Long-Term Conditions workshop on Health Data Science and Health Economics in Kathmandu. Shifalika Goenka sets the scene for the research strengthening aims of the programme.

During the introductions, all centres introduced themselves and gave an overview of where they are within their centre development. Prof Kamlesh Khunti noted that every Centre has a diverse set of objectives and the progress since the symposium held in #Dhaka last year is evident.

Panel discussion led by NIHR GHRC for Multiple Long-Term Conditions on effective #ProjectManagement revolved around shared experiences and various strategic approaches for effective management.

During the session, it was emphasized that flexibility & cross-learning turn challenges into opportunities. The chair also pointed out that clear strategies are essential for successful implementation.

In an interesting panel on sustainability, the members discussed how Centres can sustain its impact. It was discussed that building a sustainable future means fostering local leadership, long-term engagement, and community-driven solutions.
