Our own little holiday miracle- Lisa Marino and I pulled off our “Baking Spirits Bright” for Shawanoe Elementary School staff!

Our typical reaction to young children's upset is often, "You're fine," or "It's okay," or distract them with a toy, phone, snack or such. Unfortunately, none of that does anything to help children manage their feelings. 1/2
