On November 25th, I had the honor of representing the youth of the Northeast at the UNODC Nigeria ENDVAC Workshop in Abuja. This five-day event focused on "Protecting Children in Nigeria from Violence in Contexts of Insecurity"

bringing together community leaders from Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe States to address this pressing issue. Meeting the UNODC Country Representative, Cheikh Toure, was a highlight. I raised critical questions about his vision for youth in the Northeast,

support for women and children in rural areas, and how we can collaborate to address these challenges. His assurance of working with us reinforced my belief that youth must play an active role in shaping solutions.
