First competitive #JiuJitsu Comp last weekend. Didnt end how I'd envisioned. 😫 MRI next week. But the Specialist reckons a Grade 3 MCL tear and possible ACL Tear/Strain. Any advice on rehabilitation for these types of injuries would be much appreciated. ❤️ #bjj
