The 460-foot homer is the longest home run by a Bat this year. The previous high was 440 feet by Edwin Rios at Columbus on 4/19. At 112.4 MPH off the bat, it's the 9th hardest hit ball by a Bat in 2025. Sal has 3 of the top 9, including the hardest at 113.7 on a single on 8/9.

The Louisville Bats start the week on a high note as five pitchers combine on a shutout in a 7-0 win over Columbus. CES finished a single shy of the cycle and the Bats hit four home runs to win the opener over the Clippers.

Before he bid farewell to the Louisville Bats, Sal Stewart got one last surprise. One of the more special moment's I've seen on a baseball field. Manny Machado surprised Sal with a video congratulating him on being promoted to the Cincinnati Reds for his MLB Debut. #MadeInLou #ATOBTTR

The Louisville Bats pull a rabbit out of their hat to get the comeback win! Down 5-2 in the 9th, Bats rally for 3 to tie it including a tying 2-run homer from Rece Hinds. After Buck Farmer shut down the Saints in the 10th, Levi Jordan won it with a walk-off single! #MadeInLou

Another amazing win for the Louisville Bats! Exactly one year after hitting a walk-off home run, Edwin Rios delivers a walk off single in the 10th after Blake Dunn tied it with a 9th inning triple. Bats trailed 4-1 but chipped away and winning their 7th in a row, 11 in last 12.

Toledo has been a house of horrors for the Bats in my time here. Great to see Louisville start the series off the right way and continue to keep the momentum going after a 11-win homestand!

The Louisville Bats first walk-off home run comes in the penultimate game of the season!! πŸ’£πŸ’ͺ Edwin Rios is the hero with a leadoff walk-off two-run homer in the 10th for a wild 9-8 win over Nashville!

One player thought he had to quarantine, another thought he was in trouble... A pleasure to talk with a few Reds including Graham Ashcraft, Andrew Abbott, Chase Burns, as well as Will Banfield in Louisville along with manager Pat Kelly to hear some great stories about the call.

32 different players appeared in at least 1 game for the Cincinnati Reds and Louisville Bats this season. It took contributions from each and every one of them to get Cincinnati into the playoffs. 🍾 Congrats to the Reds! Should be a fun series agains the Dodgers! #ATOBTTR #MadeInLou πŸ¦‡

Always a tough day when we bid farewell to our seasonal employees. It takes a village to make it through a baseball season, and I'm grateful this was mine. Our jobs couldn't be possible without incredible contributions from everyone in this photo. πŸ‘
