This new paper by me, Barnaby Nelson & Louis Sass on self-disorders in schizophrenia just appeared in Philosophical Psychology. We discuss problems with the minimal self-approach and develop an alternative account based on the idea of conscious transparency.

1/ TL: DR, mine and my colleagues’ (Eiko Fried Ashley Watts Jack Buss) work changed (an **EXTREMELY SMALL** portion of) the DSM.
Context: I’ve been interested in classification since I was an undergrad. Something has always bugged me about the DSM specifiers.
