Last week I met with SHU Partners in Learning, we discussed how they found out they had a #learningdisability, how they have been overlooked or excluded when making decisions when a parent dies and the need for Taxi and Bus companies to make #reasonableadjustments

As a person with #ADHD it has been really interesting to see how many other #professionals working in the #healthandsocialcare sectors are also #neurodiverse particularly in strategic roles. Our ability to see patterns, gaps in service provision/processes makes us a great asset.
