We now have 65 babies recruited with all 11 of our current sites successfully randomising. So far in Jan we have recruited 17 participants and welcomed a new site into the study – Royal Oldham Hospital. We would like to thank all our sites for their continued excellent support.

Portsmouth yesterday recruited the 80th baby into the AZTEC trial meaning we have now reached 10% of our total recruitment. Thanks to all our sites for your continued fantastic support.

We would like to thank our sites for their continued excellent support. Recruitment is back on track and 13 new babies have joined the trial in August so far. With 4 recruits from July, this brings the total to 132.

We have broken through the 150 recruits barrier, with 159 babies as of today now participating in the Aztec trial. We have currently recruited 20 babies for September following 20 back in August. We would again like to thank our sites for their continued excellent support.

The Aztec trial is delighted to announce we have recruited our 400th baby. We would like to say a massive thank you to all sites for their continued fantastic support.

We are very pleased to report that AZTEC now has 500 babies registered in the trial! Liverpool Women’s Hospital enrolled twins to lead us to this milestone. Congratulations to them, and and to all of our fantastic sites and staff who have enabled us to achieve this.

We’re pleased to report that AZTEC now has over 600 babies registered in the trial! We have seen exceptional recruitment during Aug/Sept/Oct and now Nov bringing us to a total of 620. We would like to thank everyone for your efforts in propelling us to our ultimate target of 796
