For the Executive Symposium at Cisco Live 2024, we built more than just a space we designed an experience. 💼✨ With 36 live mics placed throughout the room, any attendee could jump into the conversation at any time, making collaboration seamless and inclusive.

We turned 31,800 square feet of empty ballroom into an immersive experience in just three days. 💥 The IT Leadership program welcomed 2,000+ attendees into a fully transformed space, built from the ground up through tight planning, design collaboration, and nonstop teamwork.
