With a reception and community event on April 15, JM Caparro was welcomed as the new Director of Athletics & Recreation at American University.
Caparro was joined by his wife and four children as he made his first public remarks before taking on the role.

For leading the AU Lacrosse defense that allowed just one 2nd-half goal vs. Bucknell, junior Jenna Walls is our Gregorio's Trattoria Student-Athlete of the Week!
Walls picked up 5 ground balls and caused 3 turnovers to help lead AU to a 12-9 victory.

The weather cooperated for a great event as eight different programs volunteered their time to help out all around campus.

After totaling six points in a 1-1 week for AU Lacrosse, junior Becca Frank has been named our Gregorio's Trattoria Student-Athlete of the Week!
The Eagles captured their first PL win on the road at Lafayette before falling to undefeated Holy Cross.

Steve Jennings, 25th-year coach of AU Field Hockey and 13-time PL Champion, is the namesake of the Steve Jennings Field Hockey Endowment.
