Wherever there is data, there is also noisy data. Recovering the original signal from them is known as data reconstruction. In my entry for #YISAPoster2022, I present a work developed with Michelle Carey where we study 3D reconstruction methods using partial differential equations.

Image data have become a staple of modern medicine and help doctors carry out diagnosis on a daily basis. My entry for #YISAPoster2023 introduces a model to reconstruct medical data on a human brain using statistical and deep learning methods. The work was done with Michelle Carey.
