It can be lose-lose for some tenants who ask the council to push their landlords to fix up substandard apartments. It can anger the landlord, alert the council it shouldn’t be paying to subsidise rent for such a place and risk leaving the tenant homeless. dublininquirer.com/2024/04/10/it-…
