ASPR’s Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) supports national special security events, including the #DNC2024. The SNS worked with CDPH | Chicago Department of Public Health to pre-position 116 containers of broad-spectrum medical supplies to help ensure the safety and security of those in attendance.

As #Francine approaches, ASPR is deploying a health care system assessment team, other responders, and medical supplies and equipment. By deploying in advance, we are better prepared to partner with area officials to address disaster-related public health & medical needs.

ASPR is partnering with #RyanWhite HIV/AIDS Program & HRSA-supported health centers to improve access to #mpox vaccine. These health centers will provide JYNNEOS from the Strategic National Stockpile for free to people who are high risk but do not have health care coverage.
