Proactive patrols by the Knowle NPT, led to the sighting of a male riding an off road bike at Broadwalk. Despite attempts to make off, he was detained and found to be only 11 years old. The bike was seized and the male will be reported. #OpBroad #NeighbourhoodPolicing
