Let's say House Republicans only vote on aid for Israel next week. Under the Senate rules, it could take a week-plus to pass that bill.

Or the House could pass the Senate-passed aid bill with immediate money for Israel & Ukraine. That would take about an hour.

The emergency supplemental funding bill that passed the Senate with 70 votes has funding to replenish Iron Dome. There is no need for the House to craft new legislation or do anything tricky. Just pass the Senate bill next week. Anything else is an intentional delay.
