Next up for #NationalApprenticeshipWeek is Panel Apprentice Rian Howarth, who enjoys restoring classic cars in his free time. At 18, he’s completed Level 2 early and joined an advanced year group for Level 3, which he’ll likely complete in only 2 ½ years

2nd meeting yesterday was at @AWCrashRepair Beeston with Ian Pearson - Compliancy and Training Manager. We spoke about their multi skilled #apprentices and plans to recruit more later in the year. Ian said they measure ROI and some apprentices are exceeding expectations already!

Continuing #NationalApprenticeshipWeek, we recognise Paint Apprentice Jay Baseley, who finished in the top 10 of Farecla’s Bonnet Painting Competition 2019. Outside of work, he was previously part of Northampton Saints Rugby Club for 4 years and now plays for Olney RFC
