Following Tuesday's unveiling of #RumorsofWar at VMFA, Kehinde Wiley met with Governor Abigail Spanberger, Pamela Northam, and ART 180 students yesterday for the installation of his painting "Head of a Young Girl Veiled," that will be proudly displayed in Virginia's Executive Mansion.

Thank you Kehinde Wiley and Governor Abigail Spanberger and Pamela Northam It was an extraordinary experience for our young people. One that they will carry with them for a long time.

This week is Open Studios - a celebration of supporting young artists from our Fall 2019 community programs as they work to create change in our neighborhood. Even #Santa got in on the fun.

Binford Middle School from Richmond Public Schools and Charterhouse School are examples of the diversity of young people we serve in our Community Programs, but the sincerity of their storytelling and process is mutually powerful.
