Congrats to all those who will be interviewed on December 11th! Finalist Day may look a bit different this year, but we’re still devoted to developing the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs in Arkansas.

Virtual interview tip #1: Set up a mock interview! Mock interviews are a great way to get out any preliminary nerves. They can also help you thoughtfully consider your answers before being asked by a company.

Virtual interview tip #2: Be confident and be yourself! Talk about the things you're passionate about, not what you think the interviewer wants to hear. Don't discredit your academic work by focusing solely on extracurriculars.

Virtual interview tip #3: Set up a good interview location! Set up a comfortable, well-lit area that is free from noise and distractions - even if that means you have to use headphones and a virtual background.
