UPDATE: The Florida Bar tells me it opened disciplinary cases against three Miami state prosecutors accused by judge of witness tampering in a two-decade old murder case.
One prosecutor, Michael Von Zamft, previously resigned. No word from Kathy Rundle about status of other two.
