APPG Chair Apsana Begum MP joined a panel discussion on The Push, a two-part Channel 4 documentary which focuses on the tragic murder of Fawziyah Javed. Part 2 of the documentary will air on Channel 4 tonight at 9pm.

Yesterday the APPG hosted a joint event with <a href="/centreWJ/">Centre for Women's Justice</a> and <a href="/WIP_live/">Women in Prison</a> on the unjust criminalisation of survivors.

In light of the general election, our upcoming meeting on workplace support for survivors of domestic abuse - which was scheduled for Monday 17th June - will have to be rescheduled. We look forward to hosting the meeting once Parliament is sitting again - stay tuned for updates!
