Great to see this preprint now being accepted, and to receive some Biodiv. & Ecosystem Services in a Changing Climate action group funding to keep developing the LPJ-GUESS model for Arctic ecosystems and reindeer herbivory.

🚨Paper alert🚨 involving APE@GU researchers Robert Björk and Mats P. Björkman. A great meeting with Göteborgs universitet / University of Gothenburg attending with 12 researchers and students. Congratulations Anne Bjorkman for being elected new co-chair. Next meeting, we take home to Gothenburg. So welcome to Gothenburg all ITEXers in 1.5-2 years time!

Two fun days where we tried to figure out how to better represent cryptogams in DGVMs. Some really interesting discussions and a route forward for our Biodiv. & Ecosystem Services in a Changing Climate action group.

Interested in remote sensing and tundra vegetation change? If, then we have great opportunity for a PhD here in Gothenburg with a great supervisor team (@RRs4es, Robert Björk, and Alison Beamish).

🚨Paper alert! Involving #Latnjajaure data and contribution from Mats P. Björkman and Robert Björk. Great led by Cassandra Elphinstone and great example that the International Tundra Experiment is not only monitoring and warming! Today Cole Brachmann visit VOLT - Center for Volatile Interactions to get instructions for this summers BVOC sampling in the new ReindeerFlux project funded by Vetenskapsrådet. Field season coming up soon!

Arrived in Ritsem and started with a test run of all equiment to make sure it's ready to go tomorrow. MSc-students Maja and Malin fully occupied under supervision of Cole Brachmann.

Finally up running with our Vetenskapsrådet funded #ReindeerFlux project. Two long days and luckily I have a very dedicated postdoc and MSc-students measuring GHG and BVOCs, as well as flying drones. Great collaboration with @RRs4es and Prof. Riikka Rinnan.
