The #Ward8 Seniors Valentine Brunch was on and popping this afternoon at #BaldEagleRec in 8D 😃 There was great food, fellowship, bingo games and even hair stylists on hand to make the event a memorable one! The dancing event took the cake though..get it y’all! 💃🏾🥰

Really appreciate Council Member ⁦Trayon White⁩ hosting a New Year’s Brunch for all #Ward8 ANC’s today! It was a great way to connect and celebrate with one another as commissioners. We even received certificates of appreciation and “Ward 8” pins. Nice touch. Good times🩵

This truly hurt my heart to see yesterday. The blatant disrespect for our sacred space felt like a personal violation. I’m grateful the new Dean has responded and is actively working to rectify this issue at my beloved seminary Alma mater HowardU Divinity 🙏🏽
