Glycogenic Hepatopathy
Poorly Controlled insulin dependent DM
Diffuse hepatocytes +, pale cytoplasm, glycogenated nuclei(arrow).
PAS: abundant glycogen in hepatocytes.
PASD: no remaining glycogen.
DD: glycogen storage dis(Hx is essential for dd).
