The second day of our global meeting had everything we wished for innovation, communication, research, a workshop, and a visit to one of our pilot sites: CANTERAS INDUSTRIALES European Commission ANEFA Susana Xará, PhD HaDEA European Research Executive Agency rotateproject.eu/rotate-meeting…

What a fantastic #Flotation'23 conference this week. Pablo Brito-Parada , Diego Mesa and Stephen Neethling presented our latest research and had a chance to catch up with colleagues, old and new! Thanks MEI Conferences and that's good bye Cape Town, until next time 😎

In a collaborative effort between AMPRG (Imperial Earth Science & Engineering) and the Positron Imaging Centre (Uni of Birmingham), funded by FLS, we have tracked for the first time particles moving in a >2m tall flotation cell, expanding the capabilities of PEPT for mineral processing!

The latest video about the bioplusmine project is out! Meet our team working with the community of Sto. Niño, a legacy mine site, to generate a sustainable, economically viable ecosystem. youtu.be/zKrSE4m0E90 #BioPlusMine

Our former group member, Paulina Quintanilla (now a Lecturer at Brunel University of London) presented her work on model predictive control for flotation this week at the European Symposium on Computer-Aided Process Engineering 🤩 #ESCAPE34 👇 linkedin.com/posts/activity…

🎉🏆Congratulations to ESE PhD student Gonzalo Larrabure on winning an SCI – Where Science Meets Business💡 scholarship! Gonzalo's research, supervised by Dr Pablo Brito-Parada, focuses on understanding column and stirred tank leaching processes. AMPRG imperial.ac.uk/news/254073/ea…

Earlier today Pablo Brito-Parada gave an invited talk on "Froth zone engineering to enhance flotation performance" at #EUFOAM2024 - thanks @FoamsAtDresden for a fantastic event! 🫧🫧🫧
