I'm disappointed in federal NDP & in particular Laurel Collins for undermining climate policy in Canada. It's time for BC NDP to separate from federal NDP as Naheed Nenshi has suggested for Alberta. Yet again, federal NDP have zero ideas yet undermine existing efforts #cdnpoli #bcpoli
