In the first of 4 presentations in a row in the prostate cancer session, Alexander Light presents outcomes from the #FORECAST study. MRI and PSA rise from nadir are strongly associated with detection of radiorecurrent prostate cancer #BAUS24

Next, Alexander Light moves to treatment of radiorecurrent disease, with a propensity-score matched analysis of 358 patients undergoing focal vs radical salvage treatment. Whilst there were no significant differences in survival, focal therapy = lower complications.
