Same here! Always IVUs. Reentry device - I prefer pioneer as it is ivus based but this is really at preference of operator. Covered stents. #svstweetchat

I will also add that arm access with long sheath can also be used to visualize true lumen and position to aim in patients with particularly calcified bifurcations or those that have obfuscated true lumen when “aiming” with the reentry device #svstweetchat
