This week AGA is excited to connect state attorneys general in Deadwood with thought leaders in nonprofit organizations like NAMI , WWP , Council on Criminal Justice‘s Veterans Justice Commission, Short Creek Dream Center, Federation of American Scientists, Organize, and others.

This week’s AGA Working Meeting in Deadwood features government partners from Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency City of Olathe, Kansas PD Michigan Gaming Control Board U.S. FDA and Oro Valley Police . Fostering these connections ensures AGs are equipped with the best knowledge and resources to protect our communities.

Joining fellow panelists John Eaton (WWP) & Tiffany Daugherty (Johnson & Johnson), Seward participated in a panel on mental health services for vets moderated by Anthony G. Brown.

Capping off the Attorney General Alliance’s Working Group Meeting w/ a presentation on cybersecurity & data, specifically concerning AI technology regulation & “AI in action.” We must harness the power of AI for good, while working to proactively protect the public from its potential misuse.

Last week, members of my team represented Mississippi at the Attorney General Alliance working group meeting in South Dakota to discuss various topics including mental health initiatives, organized retail crime, and human trafficking to ensure that our office is prepared and ready to serve
