Fly lose the semi final to a good Bedfield XI ⚪️⚫️ side, wish them the best of luck in the final. Didn’t help being down to 10 men after 20 minutes but the lads gave everything and can hold their heads high

Pre season training!⚽️ Starting Wednesday on the 18th June from 6:30pm and continuing throughout the summer. Extra training on Saturdays when there is no game planned. Old and new faces are always welcome! Northwold Sports and Social Club, Hovells Lane, IP26 5NA Up the wold!

The Fly get the pre season under way with a good 5-1 win against Stowmarket United . First half was a tight affair with some very sluggish play but much improved second half. Goals from little Ped, Marks x2 and big Ped x2. Great debuts from Meeny, Big Ped and Andrew 🙌🏻

MOM today was little Ped PED 🇵🇹 Played in multiple positions and was superb and capped his performance off with a very calm finish to tie things up.

Fly fall to a good, physical Bury United FC side. Tough game in the heat, we probably played the better football overall but undone by some basic defensive mistakes and some sloppy finishing. Lots of positives to take. Best of luck to our opponents in Div 1 this season
