The crux of our argument is simple. We are not seeing outcomes from the dominant approach to primary prevention, and hence we should be strengthening that approach with additional strategies and initiatives that have proven or promising preventative effect.

It’s always important to remember that victim/survivors with lived expertise, advocating for legal reform and change, are real people with skin in the game. They’re not non-player characters in your academic utopian fantasy.
