Tomorrow is the start of our brand new ADHD Awesome Peer Mentor Programme! Our first cohort will be a group of girls - all diagnosed with ADHD. They will be learning strategies on how to support, not only themselves, but their peers with ADHD. #MINIADHDCOACHES

Watching young people evolve and become empowered by their ADHD is a joy to behold! Today we focussed on the benefits of a positive growth mindset. One of the cohort (11) quoted Mandela. She views failure as an opportunity to grow. She is going to be a fantastic Peer Mentor!

Using the Life Wheel with our ADHD Peer Mentors has been a great success. ADHD Sheppey is still going strong and has been working hard, through Covid, supporting families with the challenges they’ve been facing. We’re nine years strong and have great plans for 2021!

ADHD Sheppey has been busy over the last few months. We’ve taught our first cohort of Mini ADHD peer mentors, updated our ADHD Awesome psycho education programme and have been working with local schools. We’ve had a busy year so far!
