A coupled microlaser structure is constructed from 2 Nd:YAG microdisks to achieve precise selection of lasing modes, resulting in 1.3 μm single-wavelength laser emission with a maximum power of 100 μW and a maximum optical conversion efficiency of 1.3%. 🔗pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
