Organnicraft as a brand left Ontario. Organnicraft played by the rules (no data), have a team with genuine heart, really great product, can’t operate in Ontario without data deals. Indies need to unite and support quality LP’s or all that will be left is data trash.

Another day, another retailer request to do a buyback of premium priced, Micro grower branded skus from their shelves (2 brands). We packaged the cannabis, provided product education, and got the retailer to bring it in. Customers decided the quality didn't match the price 🙃

Been a minute since my last Bulk Distribution #cannabis rant: B2B samples may get it on a shelf, but then what?... Ultimately, consumers decide what they buy, and usually don't get a chance to assess anymore than a label (maybe soon a transparent window/container) at p.o.s., 🫤

-S🍃 Calyx + Trichomes Micros in general are not willing to sell much lower than $2.50g and on average produce 30-50kgs a month. Only 3.5g at $35 MSRP and 7g at $60 MSRP can support $2.50-$3g to the grower. Lots of Micros now finding paths overseas to support this or higher instead.

-S🍃 Calyx + Trichomes OCS is net/60 but CRA is net/30. OCS has run rate expectations to meet within 12 weeks or delisted. Store support is additional margin erosion most micros are not prepared to invest in as they didn't budget for it. Most micros are not well equipped for CPG supply chains.
