It was great to be part of the fantastic The Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards last night. We sponsored the award for ‘Customer Focus - Large Enterprise’ and presented the award to the winners Knight Frank. Congratulations! Big congrats to all the nominees too!

Talks by, Steven J Innes Ian Preston - Sales & Marketing Trainer & Coach Preston and Geoff Nicholson were super informative.
