In the Court of Appeal today with James McHugh who is representing the Respondent in Steer v Stormsure, Chris Milsom representing the Claimant and Mathew Purchase QC intervening for the Secretary of State. An interesting two days ahead.

I don’t think people understand the crisis that’s happening in the justice system. A fairly simple case I’m working on has been listed for a 3 day hearing in the Employment Tribunal in January 2022. Not a typo. It relates to facts that occurred in 2018.
