Federal law is clear: states cannot give benefits to illegal aliens that they deny to U.S. citizens. Today, we are challenging New Jersey’s unlawful tuition and financial aid policies because American students should not be treated as second-class. Period.

ICYMI, DOJ Civil Division partnered with DOJ Civil Rights Division and AAGHarmeetDhillon to file landmark lawsuit against Colorado challenging their woke AI regulation. Colorado immediately caved and agreed not to enforce the law against ANY AI company. Huge win for the American people!
