If higher levels of accreditation is to be used as a mechanism for teacher pay it is worth noting that aitsl data shows only 1,025 (High Accomplished = 712; Lead = 313) have been certified since 2012. aitsl.edu.au/docs/default-s… That is of a workforce of >300K nationally
