👑 On the first day of the #PlatinumJubilee weekend and the anniversary of The Queen’s Coronation, we look back on Her Majesty’s life of service from her time as a young Princess supporting the war effort to her extraordinary commitment to her role as Monarch.

The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.

999 Cenotaph appoints Steve Owen-Hughes MBE QFSM DL as its new Chief Exec. Steve said: I am very honoured to be appointed by the 999 Cenotaph Board to lead the charity who’s aims, and objectives are to provide a lasting memorial for members of the emergency services and the NHS.
