Last month we held a fundraising dinner with St Monica's Trust to raise funds for Türkiye and Syria in the aftermath of the earthquake.

Thanks to everyone involved we were able to donate over £6,000 to The Red Cross's ongoing efforts in all affected areas.

We have decided to postpone the 'Flavours from Sudan' Supper Club as we feel it’s necessary to do whatever we can to help people in Turkey and Syria who are suffering in the aftermath of the horrific earthquake, and that this must take priority.

We are 2weeks into our slow cooker course at Wellspring cooking low cost, nutritious meals.
Participants have been given slow cookers to use at home&each week we prepare the food together and swap ideas.

We have been asked to provide light food and snacks for 'Bristol and Ireland through the Ages' 2 events on the 14th and 15th of March.

We are taking our book Eat, Share, Love to WOMAD UK where @kalpna_woolf will be telling some of the stories behind the book and cooking up her mum's wholesome and delicious 10 minute Dal with cumin spiced rice. There will be tasters- come and see us is you're attending!
