Favourites - Loved my night time solo ride from Col du Bayard to Gap and on Sisteron but the descent down to the Med possibly takes it.

Toughest - Again possibly a tie, Day 2 Stage 1 and riding past all of the war graves to the Somme was emotionally tough.
