A fourth officer has just passed away from todays shooting in Charlotte, NC.

Officer Joshua Eyer was with CMPD for 6 years, and leaves behind his wife Ashley, and 3 yr-old son Andrew.

BREAKING: Eight officers were shot today while trying to serve a warrant in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Three of the officers, all US marshals, were killed in the shootout. The suspect was also killed.
