Spent all day at the hospital for a suspected DVT in my right leg. Probably just muscular from the drive back but I’ve had bloods and my markers are up so better to be safe. Blood thinners for the next week until a scan to rule it out. Maybe shouldn’t have done a 6.5hr stint 🙄

The only casualty of our Austrian trip. The a-pillar material gave up in the high temperatures. Will have to try and source something that is close. Any thoughts IndecisiveAuto 🏳️‍🌈 ?

Looking somewhere near clean again. The alloys are done for though. Will have to get them refurbed asap. I may have been saying that for over 4 years now 👀

A satisfying little job done that I’ve been meaning to do. That clear edge on the rear clusters has been full of dirt and algae for *coughs* …..a long time. Got rid of all the dead midges and dirt out from behind the lenses too. Done. Nice and clean now.

When you go out on a lovely afternoon in your MGF, park up (top down) and go into a couple of shops and look out 10 mins later and it’s thrashing down. That.

Really want to be here still. Only for car spotting, obviously …..

Trying to do the rear drop links on MrStamen 2016 V40 CC. The top of the drop link spline that goes through the subframe has rotted away. 8 years old and there is nothing for an Allen or mole grips to get at. Will have to try and get a hacksaw in there tomorrow. Ugh.

For anyone that watches my YT channel; apologies for the lack of content recently. Holiday and life got in the way. I might film something properly introducing my cars. I’ve been working on them but haven’t really shown you around them. Stay tuned!

Feeling a bit down in the dumps as I haven’t been to a show since Rustival. There are a few near home in Shrops coming up, especially one in Church Stretton, that I’d like to get out to. 🤞

Just picked up a good little socket set from Lidl to keep in the car. It’s a handy size that can live in the boot bag, out of the way. A bargain at £11.99. If you’ve seen any of my videos, you’ll know that my main socket set is theirs too and I’ve been chuffed with it.

Really looking forward to winning the lottery tonight. I decided it was my turn.

More news from the middle of Lidl! £1.19 for an oil filter wrench. It’s just one to keep at my partners house but at that price, it’s silly not to try it.
